Jiahua’s main end markets are in Urethanes, Construction Chemicals, Surfactants and Chemical distribution industries. About the Program Our expatriate program is designed for young talents who desire significant responsibility in his/her early career stage and are excited for working abroad in a real and highly challenging business environment. It provides you an extraordinary opportunity to become one of the global elites in chemical industries by gaining global insights and hands-on working experience in different international contexts. To support our group vision of “Playing Globally, Winning Locally”, this program attracts, develops and engages talents to fill key positions and prepare for future team leaders in Jiahua Group. We offer a wide range of positions in sales, business development, marketing, customer service, technical support and R amp;D. The program is now open for positions in Overseas Sales Department. You will support the sales and business development related activities in the existing or potential markets in all around world. You will experience a 2-3 years talent program with the following phases: Phase 1 Main Tasks: - Orientation -On-job training - Lab and plant training - Learn local language and culture Duration : 3 months Location: Headquarter in Shanghai Phase 2 - Develop and deliver Budget Targets for your assigned territories in accordance with the company’s overall objectives - Develop network with industry players, building relationships with decision makers at customers - Lead and provide Monthly Sales Forecasts - Run negotiation with customers, agents and distributors - Lead and provide monthly reports on business activities, business reports, customer visit reports - Lead and provide first hand technical support to customers - Attend and actively participate to internal meetings and business reviews - Identify opportunities providing added value to the business portfolio Duration : 2-3 years Location: Office in Dubai/South Africa Phase 3 - At the end of the program, you will be placed in a new open office as the lead territory, or become a regional sales force - Position opportunities in R amp;D and Marketing are also available Location: Worldwide Locations Mentor Team You’ll be assigned to one of our mentors who can coach you during the program to provide professional and empirical advices and also help you to build up your competencies. Buddy Plan Your buddy at work will help you to quickly integrate into the team and adapt to the local life. Who We Are Looking For? Requirements - Bachelor degree in chemical, overseas study is a plus; - 3 to 5 years of proven specialty chemical sales experience, PU and system experience are preferred; - Global mobility and highly flexible for traveling; - Excellent English skills; - Chinese nationality.
